Subscriptions

Each payment grants 30 days of access to your chosen tier. Access ends automatically when the period lapses — there is no automatic renewal charge unless you pay again.

Cancellation

You can stop at any time by simply not renewing. Your account and free (Basic) features remain available.

Refunds

If something went wrong (e.g. a duplicate charge or a payment that didn't unlock access), contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Refund eligibility may also depend on your local consumer-protection laws.

Email our support address with your account email and the transaction reference from your Transaction History.
