Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("LogikStack", "we", "us"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], governing your use of the LogikStack website and services (the "Service").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least [16 / 13 / MINIMUM AGE] years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and MFA/recovery codes secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use. You may enable two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

4. Subscriptions, billing & currency

Paid tiers unlock the features shown on the Plans & Pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Flutterwave; we do not store your full card details. Each payment grants access for the stated period (currently 30 days) and does not auto-renew — access ends when the period lapses unless you pay again. Prices may be shown in your local currency; taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (c) disrupt, overload, or probe the Service or its security; (d) share your account or circumvent paid gating; or (e) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content to community or feedback areas.

6. Your content & community conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit (community posts, feedback, uploaded text). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to operate the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You are responsible for what you post.

7. AI-generated content — educational use only

Parts of the Service use AI (via Anthropic) to generate lessons, explanations, résumé suggestions, and job-description analysis. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for learning purposes only — it is not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, curriculum, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (payments, AI, hosting, email, and optional social sign-in). Their terms and privacy practices also apply to those parts of your interaction.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [CAP AMOUNT]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). _Consumer-protection laws in your country may give you rights these Terms cannot override._

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [VENUE], without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
