1. How subscriptions work

Each payment grants 30 days of access to your chosen tier. Access ends automatically when the period lapses — there is no automatic renewal charge unless you choose to pay again.

2. Cancellation

You can stop at any time by simply not renewing; you keep access until the current 30-day period ends, after which your account reverts to the free (Basic) tier. You can delete your account entirely at any time in Settings → Account.

3. Refunds for problems

If something went wrong — for example a duplicate charge, or a payment that didn't unlock access — contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate and make it right.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights (e.g. EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory "cooling-off" right (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), that right applies. Note: for digital content/services, that right can end once performance begins if you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right[confirm how you present this at checkout].

5. What isn't refundable

Except where your local law requires otherwise, we generally do not refund a completed 30-day period that has already been substantially used, or purchases made in breach of these terms.

6. How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email and the transaction reference from your Transaction History. We aim to respond within [X business days]. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Flutterwave; timing depends on your bank/provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
