1. What we use

We keep cookies and similar technologies to a minimum:

• `cd_session` — an essential, first-party cookie that keeps you signed in. Lasts for the session / until you sign out.
• Local preferences — your theme, language, appearance, and cookie/AI-processing consent choice are stored in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie, and not sent to us). Kept until you clear it.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Consent

Because the session cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to work, it does not require consent. Our banner still gives you notice and records your choice. If we ever add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will request your consent first and only set them after you accept.

3. Third parties

When you make a payment you are handed to our payment provider (Flutterwave), and social sign-in redirects you to your chosen provider (Google/Apple/Facebook). Those parties may set their own cookies under their own policies during that step.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and clear localStorage to reset your preferences. Blocking the essential session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in.

5. Changes

We'll update this policy and the banner's version if our use of cookies changes.
